News Archive 2001

  • 15-Dec-2001 - Good and Bad news to report.  Bad news: Mom wasn't able to complete her contract assignment here and went back to Georgia today.  She hurt her knee moving a patient and will need surgery more than likely.    We will miss her and her crazy dog!

    • Good news: It appears I may have a new job within Boeing working on the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense program.  It's still tentative at this point, so hopefully all the Boeing red tape will not keep it from happening.  I really hope to get this job, to say the least!

      • I hope everybody enjoys the Christmas touches I added today and this might me the last update this year since we are leaving for our Christmas trip to Georgia this coming Thursday.  Therefore, my next update might not be till we return from our ski trip to Whistler. BC on 08-Jan-2002.  We'll have some pics of Nate in the snow here soon, so stay tuned for more!

Till then Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and Happy New Year!

  • 08-Dec-2001 - Long time no update.  Hmmm...where do I start?  First, thank the Lord for blessing Aunt Jo and my grandparents...prayers were answered.

    •  Nate got his picture taken with Santa Claus and didn't much care for it this time around but at least he didn't cry.  His also the main feature for this year's family Christmas photo cards (also see index page revision).

      • My mom has moved in for the duration of her new contract job at Providence Everett Hospital, and the housing arrangements are working out quite well.  Just need to teach McTavish not to bark at everything, especially in the morning.    Lastly, I went skiing at Stevens Pass yesterday to get a little practice in for our future Pryor family ski trip to Whistler, BC in January.

  • 24-Nov-2001 - Here are those photos I said I was going to scan: Summer_Fall_2001  They feature photos of Heather, Fred and Alex's visit this past summer, professional photos of Nate and me taken near Halloween, photos from our past trip to Mt. Shucksan & Mt. Baker and photos of Nate during our Orca whale watching trip.  Enjoy!

    • Got to go...soon it will be time for Georgia Tech to lay the smack down on Georgia on TV.  Plus, I hear some leftover turkey calling me!

      • Last but not least, please pray for my Aunt Jo as she has surgery tomorrow morning at 8:30.  God bless!

  • 23-Nov-2001 - We had a great food and company at Harry & Nancy's place for Thanksgiving.  I have added some photos above of this event.  Thanks again Harry & Nancy for inviting us!

    • Mackenzie has been here for Thanksgiving and we have really enjoyed her company.  I final got around to changing the oil & filter in her Jeep today, so it should be good for another couple of trips up here.

      • I'm going to post some more photos here over the weekend after I scan them.  They are a little old but very good photos of Nate and us.  Scanning photos just isn't as fast & easy as pulling photos off my digital camera.

  • 18-Nov-2001 - I got Windows XP home edition last week via a Microsoft connection  and really like it, so go get it if you can...click on my buy.com ad banner for a great place to buy it.  Nate is doing great and I think we are all over our colds and coughing (mainly me).  I had fun this weekend at a PC gaming LAN party with my local gaming buddies...click the AC [CNW] Style link for more.  Plus, Jocelyn's Mary Kay open house went well today and she was very pleased with the turn out.

    • GREAT NEWS: My mom is coming back out here to work...she is a traveling CAT scan operator for those of you that don't know and she will be working at the hospital where Nate was born.  She recently left after working 3 months at Children's Hospital in Seattle.  We are looking forward to having her around again, especially since we don't get to see family much out here.

      • I'm looking forward to the short work week and Thanksgiving break.  Last week was a very busy and stressful week at work.  Happy Thanksgiving folks in advance!

      • Please keep my grandparents and Aunt Jo in your prayers as they fight various illnesses!

  • 05-Nov-2001 - We had a great time during our 5th anniversary train ride on the Spirit of Washington dinner train.  I was a little sick and lost my voice on the ride down there that night, but luckily Jocelyn understands me well and knew what I was trying to say.  Here are some pictures: November 2001

  • 31-Oct-2001 - Halloween photos: Nate dressed up as an elephant!   Also, here is the link to photos from Brian, Jesse and Lu-Marie's Halloween party on 10/27/01...you can see us in our costumes there.

  • 30-Oct-2001 - Halloween updates coming soon...till then visit my new Sponsors!

  • 21-Oct-2001 - 4 new video clips added to the Videos web page!  See Nate slobber on the sliding glass door, walking like a Champ, pitching like Tom Glavine and picking out big orange balls a.k.a. pumpkins out of the pumpkin patch!

    • Well, Honda of Alabama finally gave me feedback on a possible job with them and decided they didn't want to interview me after all (more or less)!  I'm not happy about the way they handled the whole thing and I know they made a serious error in judgment.  But like PapaG said, God must have something better in store for me/us...we are praying for it.

  • 14-Oct-2001 - We have some new photos of Nate and they are cuter than normal   I added all 8 of them to the October 2001 photo album and they are a must see.  He was all smiles riding this little train in the local mall (where Jocelyn is now working part-time).  Needless to say, he had fun riding on the train!  Also, check out his new shoes in those train photos...pretty cool huh?   Thanks mom!

    • I will try to get some more video clips posted here ASAP (within a week) of Nate walking better and throwing balls (his got a great arm), so stayed tuned.

  • 09-Oct-2001 - We hung up a new US flag inside our house this past Sunday, it can be seen from the road in front of our place.  It's nice big flag!   This past Saturday we went to a local farm and went through a corn maze that was in the shape of Washington state and got 3 pumpkins out of the huge pumpkin patch there.  It was a very fun family outing.  I started an October 2001 photo album and have more photos of the family pumpkin trip there.  Nate is motoring around like a champ now and amazingly fun to watch!  Here is the latest Nate/Jocie message: Nate here!

    • Lastly, God bless our US military as they start their campaign against terrorist aggression in Afghanistan!  We support the fight for freedom and we're proud to be Americans!  Let the terrorists of the world feel the wrath of the United States of America!

  • 02-Oct-2001 - We had a great trip down to see Kenzie, Grand Q and Joe at the U of Oregon  We had great weather the whole time and did fun things like going to the coast near Florence, OR, where we went on a sand dunes tour (see photos)...the dunes are amazing.  We also cruised up the coast near Heceta Head Lighthouse & Sea Lion Caves.  We had a really fun time with our family and we're glad Kenzie is just a 5 hour road trip or 1 state away!

    • Kenzie, Grand Q and Joe got to see little Nate walking and he improved 100% while we were there.  I plan to have a short video clip of him walking better and maybe other video clips from this past Oregon trip up/posted soon.  So, stay tuned for more!

      • Oh, one last thing...check out this little photo I put together of my favorite Bomb Bin Laden photos and a cool jet fighter photo:

BombBinLaden.jpg - this is well said since I work at Boeing!

  • 25-Sept-2001 - I forgot to add the Nate hanging out in the sink photos we took last night...go here to see them: Photos_Sept2001  I also put the Mukilteo beach trip photos in this photo album.  I'm running out of website space, so I have to start saving/posting all the digital photos I take some where else i.e. my Yahoo! Photos

    • Lastly, just a quick note about traveling by air.  Please don't let the terrorist keep you from flying!  I know we will be a little nervous when we fly home for Christmas, but just think...air travel is safer now than ever.  I say this cause it could make or break Boeing (my job) and many of our airline customers.  Thank you in advance for listening!

  • 24-Sept-2001 - I posted photos from our recent trip (09/23/01) with Rebecca/Mom to Mt. Baker & Mt. Shucksan.  I got some great shots of these mountains...it was a perfect day for a little hike and photo ops!  Feel free to use this photo/file < Mt_Shucksan > as your computer's wallpaper...yes, I think it's that good.  Also, located in the same photo album is pictures from last weekends trip (09/16/01) to Mukilteo beach/park just down the road a ways.

    • We are going to Eugene, OR this coming weekend to visit with Kenzie, Joe and Susan.  We got Kenzie setup with a Boeing surplus computer and we're bringing it to her during this trip down there.  Also, this will be the first time everyone gets to see (in person) Nate the Great walking solo!

  • 19-Sept-2001 - Well, it has certainly been a tough week for the Pryor household...first the terrorist attacks and now Boeing announced today they are going to layoff up to 30,000 workers.  I didn't think the airline industry problems would affect us (Boeing) this fast.  So, I'm not real sure on how to take all this bad news, other than I'm going to do all I possibly can to keep the USS Pryor afloat.  It's to early to tell what is going to happen with my job...I have a hard time painting a rosy picture since I've only been in my new job less than a year (making me low guy on the totem pole).  I survived the last layoff cycle, so we'll just have to hope for the best and/or maybe some smart Georgia company will hire me and move us back home (sooner than later would be nice).

    • On a lighter note: Nate is walking by himself now!   He started last night (09/18/01)...he's taking a few (about 5) little steps at a time and doing very well for a novice...we are so proud!  I'm sure we'll be chasing him all over the place soon (more than we already are).  Here is a video clip of his first day of walking solo: Nate Walking Solo!

      • Also, here is a video clip (sorry, poor quality) from our recent Orca whale watching tour: Whale Watching!  Both video clips have been added to the revised Videos page.

  • 16-Sept-2001 - The Pryor's join the rest of the nation in mourning the victims of the horrific attack on America.  We salute our country's finest, bravest rescue workers and volunteers for their valiant efforts.

    • We made a small donation to the NY Firefighters Fund, as well as to The Salvation Army and American Red Cross.  Please do what you can...every dollar helps!

      • Lastly, we (including Rebecca/Mom...thanks again Mom!) went on a whale watching tour up in the San Juan Islands and saw the J, K & L pods (a super pod), which are all the resident Orca Whales in this area.  I will have photos from this tour posted here ASAP.  BTW, our Whistler, BC weekend trip got cancelled due to recent events.

  • 13-Sept-2001 - I changed the index/intro page.  For more information on how to donate/help relief efforts and more click on these URL icons:

    Yahoo! News

    WTC/NYC Firefighters raising our flag!

  • 12-Sept-2001 - This is just a friendly F.Y.I. to you...my friends and family.  I gave blood last week or I would go give blood right now and I made a small donation to the Red Cross via my Paypal account.  So, please see the URLs listed below for more information on how you too can help!  It's the least we can do (if you haven't done so already)...Thanks for your time & God Bless America!

  • 11-Sept-2001 - Just a quick note to let folks know we are doing fine and life is as normal as it can be after today's tragic terrorist attacks in New York & DC.  God bless the people who died, their families, President Bush and America!  May justice be swift, adequate and powerful!!!

  • 02-Sept-2001Nate's first tooth is coming through!!!  See photo above!  He was tired and didn't like us trying to take a picture of his tooth (obviously from his reaction)...HeHe!  It's the little white speck on the middle right side (from photo's perspective) of his bottom gums.  We are proud of our little Natester for sprouting a tooth finally!

    • The ladies had a day out, while Nate and I stayed home and watched the Southern 500.  Oh, our little Cranium party was fun last night...I think a fun time was had by all!  TTFN

  • 01-Sept-2001 - Well, we have been busy so I have neglected our website a little as of late.  I recuperated from the Mt. Adams climb surprisingly fast and wondering if I can do it again some day with Nate.  We bought a annual pass to Woodland Park Zoo a couple of weeks ago and I have posted some pictures above from our last visit there (Sunday, 08/26/01).  And we plan to visit it again tomorrow with Anna & Mackenzie.  Our first visit this year was with Robbie while he was here and the last visit was with Mom.  It's been our month for visitors, which is always a good thing especially considering how far they have come to see us!    Our next set of visitors will be Gaby & CiCi...we are looking forward to them coming and us all going to Whistler, BC for the weekend (09/16/01).  Well, I got to run and get ready for a little party we are having here...basically friends coming over to play Cranium and maybe some other games.  So, that about covers it for now...enjoy the new photos!

  • 14-Aug-2001 - Well, I survived the Mt. Adams climb!    Here is a new webpage created especially for this Mt. Adams trip: Mt. Adams Climb  It has 35 digital photos with captions and 2 video clips!

    • This climb was quite a humbling experience (to say the least) and I was lucky to make it to the summit...if it wasn't for my personal sherpa Rob <> I doubt I could have made it.    Thanks again Rob <> for towing me up (more or less) the last 2,000+ feet!!!

  • 30-July-2001 - Finally got some photos of Nate behind his baby walker...Boy do we have a cute son!!!    Well, we are looking forward to everyone flying in this coming Friday...it's always nice to have friends and family to visit us out here (hint, hint).

    • Go here: Yurt! LAN Party v3 to see some photos and a video from this past weekend's LAN party I had with some of my friends.

  • 24-July-2001 - We still haven't got those video CDs in the mail to folks.  Jocelyn & Nate did give CiCi, Gaby & Grand Q their video CDs during their trip to Dallas.  They all seemed to have a great time...too bad I was stuck at work.  No new photos to post today.  Fred, Heather and Alex will be here soon (August 3rd) for a medical seminar in Vancouver, BC and they will get to spend some time with us.  My mom and Robbie will be coming in the same day.  My mom got a CT Tech (contract) job at Children's Hospital in Seattle's U district.  This is great news, since she will get to spend a lot of time with us!    BTW, Nate might be walking on his own by the time they all get here!  I got to get some photos of him behind his baby walker on here ASAP.  He is soooo cute with his baby walker!!!

  • 15-July-2001 - We made/burnt some CDs with all our digital video footage to date and some lucky folks will be getting one real soon.  If you ask real nice we might make one for you.  Nate is doing great and we are doing our (mainly Jocie) best to keep up with him, and just think he isn't even walking yet...HeHe!

    • Jocie and Nate are leaving on Wednesday to go to the Mary Kay seminar in Dallas, TX.  They'll get to see Grand Q, CiCi & Gaby!  I guess that's it for now.  Oh yeah, enjoy the new photos of Nate in the pool with me.  TTFN

  • 04-July-2001 - I hope everyone had a safe & enjoyable 4th of July!  Our little block party was a success and all the kids had fun playing.  I added some random shots from the block party, mainly of the kids having a water balloon toss.

    • I also added a few pictures of some very nice motorcycles that belong to our neighbor's riding buddies.  Donald those motorcycle pictures are for you...I know you will appreciate them.  The Suzuki GSXR 750+ has a GSXR 1300 engine punched out to 1400 and is featured in the June 2001 issue of Sport Rider!  It's also signed by Kevin Schwantz.

  • 01-July-2001 - Not much to report lately, all the excitement was last week with Nate's B-Day and all.  I hope people are enjoying the videos I put together for the last update.  Technology is cool but it takes time to teach myself how to get it all to work correctly.  Well, we plan to have a little block party here for the 4th of July and maybe go to a friend's neighborhood to watch fireworks go off all around (like we did last year).  It wasn't as fun last year cause little Nate was still in the hospital, but Nate will get to see fireworks for the first time this go around.  Also, it's supposed to be 85 degrees and warm that day (finally), so we'll be hitting the pool.

    • No new photos to add but should have some for the next update.

  • 27-June-2001 - Revised the Videos page (formerly called the Movies page) with viewing directions (please read them) and made it easier for dial-up modem users to save the videos to their hard drives for local viewing.  Dial-up modem connections are to slow to view these streaming videos directly for the web.  So, saving them to your hard drive will allow you to view them smoothly (no frame by frame lag).  I also, updated my Bio page.  That's about it for now.

  • 26-June-2001 - We can't believe Nate has been in our lives for a whole year now!  We had a wonderful party on his Birthday with all our neighborhood friends celebrating with us!  Nate enjoyed getting cake all over his face and in his hair - see pictures.  Everyone had a wonderful time blowing bubbles and drawing on the driveway!  Nate was also quite the little entertainer with his 'billy goat' laugh!  He enjoyed being the center of attention!

    • Nate is enjoying exploring while crawling and will get into anything and everything!  He is very fast at pulling himself up to a stand and cruises along the furniture.  Those first steps probably aren't far away!

    • Nate went to the doctor last Friday and was 21 pounds and 29 inches long!  He's doing all the things he should be doing for a little one his age and progressing very well!

      • Wells Fargo called Jocelyn last week and told her that she no longer fits into their budget :(   What's ironic is that she completed all her work on June 19 - which was her last day of work last year!!

        • Check out the Movies page for 5 new family (of Nate mainly) videos via our new JVC digital camcorder!    There is 1 video of Nate crawling/standing, 3 from his 1st B-Day Party and 1 of us playing in the pool.

  • 14-June-2001 - Well, long time no update.  Where do I start?  Nate is crawling like a pro and into everything.  He loves raiding the entertainment center and pulling out all his Baby Einstein tapes and grabbing whatever remotes he can find there, I guess he gets that from me.  We all got a great JVC digital camcorder for our Birthdays and it was the best gift we could hope for right now, considering our old huge camcorder isn't working, just in time for Nate crawling, his up and coming Birthday and future first steps.  I will have a little movie of him crawling uploaded here ASAP, I just need to capture the video to my computer (look for it come next Monday) Here is another one of those great emails Jocelyn, I mean Nate writes to tell you more: Hi Everybody

    • Well, I had fun with my LAN/Birthday Party this past weekend.  My gaming buddies and I played Asheron's Call Friday night, all day Saturday and into the wee hours of Sunday morning.  HeHe!    My kind of fun!

      • Today was my last A World In Motion class, me and another Boeing engineer were going to a local 5th grade class to teach them stuff like Mass, Friction, Inertia, Drag, Streamlining and Center of Gravity.  Basically, engineering stuff and they seemed to like it most of the time, but they could be very unruly at times.  I wonder if  kids are actually disciplined these days.

        • That's about it for now.  Be sure to check out the new photos (above) of Nate crawling, his Angel photos and more!  BTW, we can't believe he is almost 1 year old already!  Wow!

  • 29-May-2001 - Our road/camping trip to Waldport/Newport, OR was a lot of fun and Nate was a real trooper!    We played on the beach, ate ice cream with Nate, visited with other campers from the Portland area, went to the Newport Aquarium, visited the historic Newport waterfront & ate at Mo's Seafood Restaurant while we were there.  Be sure to check out the yummy sand (Nate just had to give some sand a try...LOL) and Nate eating ice cream fun series of photos.

    • BTW, Nate is crawling good enough now that we have to watch him like a hawk.  I will have a little movie here of him crawling ASAP.  Our normal/old camcorder isn't working, so I'm going to try borrowing a friend's digital camera that can make little digital movies.  So stay tuned for more!

  • 22-May-2001 - Added a photo of Nate dreaming of crawling.  All is good here in the Great Pacific Northwest, especially on such a nice sunny day!

  • 20-May-2001 - I created an online photo album of digital pictures I took at Donald & Shelly's wedding last weekend in Huntsville, AL...please go here to see more: http://communities.msn.com/DonaldShellysWedding

    • We had a great time at Donald and Shelly's wedding and visiting with family & friends!  We look forward to getting closer to home so we can spend more time with folks.  Hopefully, Honda of Alabama LLC will be calling to schedule an interview this coming week, so we can get the ball rolling and I hope & pray it stops with us in Alabama by the end of the year (God willing).  I'm sending out a prayer request to everyone out there that reads this website!

      • I also added photos of our plane ride to Alabama with my brother-in-law Fred and it went much better/smoother than I thought it would...it was actually a lot of fun.  Fred can be our pilot anytime! Thanks again to Fred, Mom, Dad, Susan and Robbie for providing us with ground/air transportation during our visit!  Lastly, don't miss Nate's new funny/weird face photo in the featured photos section above and the photo of me piloting an airplane for the first time just before our initial approach into Huntsville/Madison Co. Airport.

  • 07-May-2001 - Added new photos from this past weekend.  It was nice and sunny, especially Sunday when we went to Kayak Point Park.  We went with our friends Tanya & Jeremy.  Our dogs had fun playing on the beach and in the water.  Of course, Shadow loved retrieving drift wood in the water!  Nate had a great time as well and it was just nice getting out and enjoying the weather and the time together.  I guess that about wraps it up.  See all you Georgia folks this weekend!

  • 29-Apr-2001 - Added lots of new photos from our cookout party and of course more photos of Nate (bath time series)!  The party was fun and we all had a great time!  It was great seeing everyone and catching up on things.  We look forward to doing it again!    I guess that's about it...I can't think of anything else...HeHe!

  • 23-Apr-2001 - We are doing great!  Nate is rolling from place to place now and he will probably be crawling before we know it.  I had a LAN party here at our place Saturday and all my local PC gaming buddies were here, go here: < AC CNW Style! > to see pictures and news of this past event.  We will be hosting another get together/cookout with friends this coming weekend and I'm sure it will be fun.  We look forward to seeing and socializing with all our local friends!

    • Okay, here is a test of who is actually paying attention and visiting my website...last week a certain automaker (hint, hint) expanding in Alabama called and wants to interview me!  Wish me luck and few prayers would be great!!!  Of course this would be an answer to my prayers/dreams, if all goes well.

  • 15-Apr-2001 - Happy Easter!  We went to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival yesterday and saw some nice tulip fields, but not as many tulip fields this year as previous years.  I have added several photos from this tulip trip and weekend!  It was a nice day for tulip seeing and we saw Brian and Jennifer there on their bicycles while waiting in traffic for Tulip Town.  We also watched Remember the Titans last night...great movie!!!  Today we went to church in downtown Everett and enjoyed time together at the park.

  • 06-Apr-2001 - Well, I got my wish and I will be doing the same job I was doing on the Longer-Range 767-400ER but now on the Longer-Range 777-200 and -300 program.  This actually suits me better due to my past experience as a M.E. Planner with 777 Furnishings.  Needless to say I'm happy I landed on this program and from what I hear it will keep me busy and be a great project management challenge.

    • We have booked our flights to Hot Atlanta for the weekend of May 11th for Donald and Shelly's wedding in Alabama.  We are flying cheap on America West and it will be my first trip on Airbus (Boeing's archrival) jets...Grrr!    Lastly, enjoy the new photo of Nate falling asleep (slumped over) in his high chair...I guess the little guy was tired...HeHe!

      • I will start storing the past Photos of the Week on this new page:

    Past Photos of the Week

  • 03-Apr-2001 - I forgot to add some news about changes at work and Nate's 9 month checkup...see these text files that I copied from email messages:

  • 01-Apr-2001 - April Fool's Day!  Well, I didn't do any April Fool's Day pranks today...I guess I'm boring!  HeHe!

    • Our Georgia trip last weekend went very well!  Brian and Daisy had a beautiful wedding and we wish them the best!  Congratulations & God Bless you both!  Also, Nate's baptism went great...he was a little angel the whole time...we sure are proud of him (to say the least)!    I forget to take my digital camera with me, but I will scan some photos as soon as I get them and post them here.

      • I added a cool DHTML effect to the index.htm page of this website, please go here to see the effect: Welcome to Pryor's Place  The effect is quite fitting given recent events here in the Puget Sound area.  Once you get there, you can hit reload/refresh to see the effect again & again...HeHe!    Pretty cool...huh?

  • 17-Mar-2001 - Nate is sitting up and playing with his toys by himself.  As well, as holding his bottle by himself for the most part, he is a sharp little booger!  March Madness is here and I hope to do well in my office pool.    It's not looking real good so far, but you never know...I did win the college bowl series office pool!  No big plans for the weekend, other than we are getting psyched for our trip to Georgia.  I will work on getting a new movie/video of Nate's adventures uploaded this weekend.  So stay tuned!

  • 12-Mar-2001 - Well, last weekend (March 4th) we went to Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, it was a lot of fun and real close to the epicenter of the big earthquake!  I have included some pictures from that day above (including another NASCAR Nate picture...I really like them & Nate loves his NASCAR bouncing buggy).  We are all doing great!  Nate gives us the biggest smiles everyday and we sure do love it!!!    Reminder: We will be in Georgia at the end of March!

  • 28-Feb-2001 - Wow, 6.8 earthquake hits our area!  I was on the 2nd floor of my 4-story office building when it hit.  I was very scared, cause it was rocking and rolling like you see in the movies and in past news coverage from California earthquakes.  It was pitching back and forth a good 6 inches or more where my desk is and making horrible noises.  Jocelyn thought someone was banging around on the roof of our town home and then realized it was an earthquake, her first earthquake experience.  My 3rd earthquake experience (previous 2 smaller earthquakes were during Mt. St. Helens activity in 1980) and hopefully my last cause it wasn't fun.  Well, they evacuated all the Boeing buildings and I got to go home early, about the only good thing resulting from it.  It was definitely quite an experience to say the least and I'm just happy and grateful, thank the Lord, nothing happened to my family and me!!!

  • 25-Feb-2001 - Not much to report.  We are all doing great!  Last night we did go to a get together hosted by members of the Discovery Presbyterian Church.  We played Cranium and It was a lot of fun, not to mention great folks.  Lastly, I added 7 new photos above...the one of Nate wearing his new sunglasses is real cool!

  • 21-Feb-2001 - I added a Dale Earnhardt Sr. Tribute to my new NASCAR #99 (Jeff Burton) page.  Rest In Peace Dale, you will be missed!

  • 17-Feb-2001 - I added a NASCAR #99 (Jeff Burton) page just in time for the Daytona 500, which is the first race of the season!  I also updated the Movies page with additional information and I will have a new movie on there soon.

  • 16-Feb-2001 - It snowed 8 inches here last night and some this morning.  We were playing in it earlier and I made a snowman with my young neighbor Chris.  Not to mention we had a few snowball fights.    I have included pictures of today's events above and in the Yahoo Photo Album.  I'm going to try and improve the movies page soon.  If you go to this URL and download the latest version of Windows Media Player you should be able to view the movie(s): http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/en/download/default.asp

  • 06-Feb-2001 - I have added a home movies page, which will feature mainly Nate.  It's still under construction, but the movie(s) should be viewable by everyone now.  I added some special HTML code, which will embed the Microsoft Windows Media Player in either Internet Explorer or Netscape browser platforms.  Go here to see the new movies page: Movies  I hope y'all enjoy seeing  & hearing Nate say Da Da...I know I do!    Please be patient while it downloads...Thanks!

  • 05-Feb-2001 - I just thought I would add a few informational resource links about southern heritage and the Georgia state flag, so please see the informational web sites listed below.  As I said on my guest book my previous news entry/comment stays!  It might not be PC, but it's how I feel (to say the least).

We are all brothers & sisters of Dixie!

  • 31-Jan-2001 - Added a couple of pictures of Nate in his new high chair.  Also, added animated flags next to the top banner.  Had to put something up to show what the real Georgia flag looks like!  It's a shame it's going to be changed due to the efforts of the idiotic NAACP!

  • 27-Jan-2001 - All the digital pictures from our Christmas vascation/trip are now up in our Yahoo Photo Albums!  Sorry, no new pictures of Nate at this time...we will get one of him in his new high chair ASAP.  I have updated all these pages: JP's Bio, JP's Resume, My Past Hondas, Snow Skiing, SPEEA & Sponsors  So, feel free to go see what has been updated on all these pages.  No major changes, just updates!  Also, my Asheron's Call gaming website as been updated a lot lately (don't ask why!).    Also, check out Paypal!  Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure and get $5 when you sign up!

  • 17-Jan-2001 - I'm finally getting around to updating this website after the holidays.  We had a great visit to GA over the holidays and Santa Claus treated us all very good!    I won a college bowl game office pool and it was enough for us to get a new 32 inch TV and I got a DVD player, so I got some nice electronics in the living room now.
